Kehlani, Va$htie + Other Amazing Artists Design Bleacher Report Jersey to Celebrate Women’s Soccer
Bleacher Report is celebrating women and women’s soccer during the FIFA Women’s World Cup by collaborating with eight influential women in the designing of soccer jerseys and tees.
Bleacher Report is known as a popular sports outlet. They report on everything sports and sports culture and finds a way to connect with people from all walks of life, even non-sports watchers.
The B/R collaboration includes limited edition jerseys designed by artists and designers including Va$htie, Kehlani, Megan Thee Stallion, Kodie Shane, Summer Walker, Billie Eilish, Laci Jordan, and Melody Ehsani.
Each jersey is a representation of what each woman stands for personally and what message they want to convey globally. Kehlani’s jersey includes the name of her baby girl Adeya, her city’s area code and a symbol representing birthing people’s rights.
Summer Walker’s jersey includes the phrase “GRLS ND LVE” which is a representation of more than just her debut single “Girls Need Love” but an ode to women everywhere.
