If you don’t already know, there were some real gems in there. First of all, Mariah came from a household that didn’t have a lot of money. She waitressed until she made it big and wrote songs in her free time.
The iconic diva also admitted that she has had a total of five relationships in her life. This factoid has seemed to shock the internet recently, probably because of some of the common practices of modern dating. But if anything, Mariah’s dating history points to a propensity to really desire to get to know people and seek out meaningful relationships. It actually makes some of her top hits like “Honey” and “Always Be My Baby” seem even sweeter and more sincere.
