Priyanka Chopra’s ‘The Sky Is Pink’ Will Be Featured at the 2019 Toronto International Film Festival

Priyanka Chopra just announced that The Sky is Pink has been officially selected for the 2019 Toronto International Film Festival. The only Asian-based film that was selected for the 44th TIFF, The Sky is Pink was co-produced by and will co-star Chopra.

The Sky is Pink is an Indian Hindi-language biographical family drama and love story and features a soundtrack by the composer Pritam.

“I can’t wait to be back this year in the dual role of actor and producer. I hope to see many of you at the world premiere on September 13 in Toronto. Thank you for your continued love and support!” wrote Chopra on Instagram.

The film will have its world premiere at the TIFF on September 13^th and is set for release in theaters on October 11^th. This year’s Toronto International Film Festival will be held from September 5^th through the 15^th and tickets are on sale now for anyone who wishes to attend.
