These Legendary Women Will Be Hosting the CMA Awards
The Country Music Association has shared a video revealing the hosts of the 53rd annual CMA Awards.
Carrie Underwood, who began hosting the CMA Awards in 2008, will continue to host the show. However, her usual co-host for the last 11 years, Brad Paisley, will not be sharing the stage with Carrie this year. Her special guest hosts this year will be Country Music Hall of Fame members Reba McEntire and Dolly Parton.

As well as presenting awards to country music’s finest modern performers, the night will also be spent celebrating iconic women in country music. The three hosts themselves share 124 CMA Awards nominations and 22 wins combined, 11 of which are for Female Vocalist of the Year.
The final nominees will be announced live on ABC’s Good Morning America on Wednesday, Aug. 28.
The Awards will be held and broadcasted from Bridgestone Arena in Nashville. You can watch Country Music’s Biggest Night™ live on Wednesday, Nov. 13 at 8/7c on ABC.
