Charlie Puth Releases New Single ‘I Warned Myself’
Charlie Puth dropped a new must-hear single titled “I Warned Myself”. Puth released the single one year after dropping his self-produced sophomore album Voice Notes.
Puth also premiered the music video for the new single.
The song, which was written by Puth and co-produced by Benny Blanco tells about “a vicious cycle of going back to someone, continuously, knowing deep down that they aren’t any good for you”. The lyrics, slower tempo, and haunting vocals capture perfectly the somber feeling of constantly making the mistake of returning to someone you know you’re better off without.
Puth also participated in an Autocomplete Interview at the WIRED offices to promote his new song.
Puth tweeted last week that he would be releasing three songs, I Warned Myself is the first of these three.
Since everybody is asking….I am putting out three songs…first one comes next week.
