The Museum of Ice Cream Takes New York
“I scream! You scream! We all scream, for ice cream!”
After leaving the streets of New York for over three years, the Museum of Ice Cream keeps its promise of returning to Manhattan. This time the museum is no longer a pop-up shop, but permanently staying in Soho starting this Fall. Who doesn’t love a good scoop of ice cream? Or even better, a pint! Originating in California, the Museum of Ice Cream opening its new location will allow New Yorker’s to express their love even more. New Yorker’s are already anticipating the arrival of MOIC:

Owners have brought out a 25,000 square foot unit to build a three-floor museum. MOIC, the Museum of Ice Cream, is known for their pool of sprinkles; the NY location is said to be holding the largest pool yet.
This museum is very interactive. Co-founder Maryellis Bunn has hopes that not only will people visit but that they’ll make the most of every exhibition. When MOIC first came to New York as a pop-up shop, their tickets sold out within moments. With expectations that this will happen for the grand official opening, an early access waitlist has been created for people to purchase tickets once they’re put up for sale. Tickets will be sold for $38. This will include admissions to every floor, ice cream samples, and much more.
