The designer debuted her SS20 collection on Saturday, September 7th, 2019 and it was full of color.

Son Jung Wan’s show was one for the books. The show started off with Beethoven’s 5th Symphony, leaving the crowd in suspense for the collection, before transitioning into disco music that incorporated violins. The music choice reflected the collection perfectly as it was retro yet modern and classic.

The collection began with visions of bright yellow and white that transitioned into lime green. The models had voluminous curls to match the flowy silhouettes of the collection. Each model had a beautiful makeup look consisting of a coral lip with a sharp neon wing. The looks were paired with silver and gold platform heels with giant glittery bows.

Gorgeous pops of pinks and purples followed, featuring ruffles galore.

The pinks were followed by royal golds, sparkling silvers, clean whites, and electric baby blues.

Son Jung Wan’s collection not only featured multiple looks on female models but it also featured a few men’s looks, consisting of a different take on men’s suits with choice of satin and brocade fabrics and fun, stand-out prints, each styled with sparkling sandals.
