Nia Long Set to Star and Produce New Netflix Thriller
Renowned actress Nia Long has signed on to produce and star in a new Netflix thriller, Fatal Affair.
Nia Long, known for her roles in movies including Boyz n the Hood, Love Jones, Soul Food and The Best Man, has set her first producing project with Netflix. The film includes actors Omar Epps and Stephen Bishop in the drama, which tells the story of a woman working to patch up her marriage after an affair with an old friend, who later becomes extremely dangerous.

Barry Barnholtz, Brian Nolan and Jeffrey Schenck will also produce with Long. Along with the numerous producers is Peter Sullivan, a screenwriter who has also directed another film on Netflix entitled Secret Obsession, starring Brenda Song. Sullivan took to twitter recently exclaiming his excitement about being apart of the film.

Long most recently appeared on the big screen in 47 Meters Down: Uncaged and co-starred in The Banker with Samuel L. Jackson. Epps, who played in the criminal drama In Too Deep with Long, is fresh off his series, Shooter, and his recurring role in the hit drama, This Is Us.
With this being Long’s first project with Netflix, everyone is excited to see how the award-winning actress pulls off the role of producer. With the star-studded cast and fellow award-winning producers, the drama is sure to be a hit.
