In honor of the one-year anniversary of her hit single “Thank U, Next,” Ariana Grande has decided to do some reflection on what this year has given her.

This past Sunday, the singer shared a series of tweets where she opened up about what she has learned in the time since her song dropped, which debuted shortly after her public split from her former fiancé.

“Happy birthday ‘thank u, next,” she wrote. “I can’t believe I’ve spent more time alone this year than I have in my life, i can’t believe how many sessions w my therapist I’ve had, how many times I’ve sung this song, how much I’ve learned and healed, how much I still have to learn and heal !”

Weeks after the release of the single last November, she dropped the highly anticipated music video which included a variety of references to films such as Mean GirlsBring It On, 13 Going on 30, and Legally Blonde including a cameo from well known ‘momager‘, Kris Jenner.  The video broke several records including the record for most simultaneous views on a YouTube premiere.

Grande ended her reflection of this past year by admitting despite how much she has grown she has more growing to do. After the recent release of the Charlie’s Angels soundtrack, in which she is featured heavily, the future looks forthcoming for the pop star and we can not wait to see where her journey takes her personally and musically .
