2 Chainz Will Take the Stage at First Atlanta Hawks Peachtree Night

There’s two you’re going to want to see on Nov. 20; the Atlanta Hawks first Peachtree Night and the 2 Chainz half-time performance.

2 Chainz, Grammy Award-winning and multi-platinum rapper, will be headlining the big event. He has a lot in store for the audience with his half-time and post-game performance.

No celebrities miss out on their chance to have the crowd sing/rap their songs with them. 2 Chainz expects nothing less as he will be performing some of his best hits like “I’m Different” and “Rule the World.” He will be joined by Sleepy Rose, an MC from Atlanta who tells his struggles and stories through music, during half-time. Together they will give the first live performance of their single “Georgia.” This will surely pay tribute to all cities and neighborhoods of their home state, as does the new Hawks uniform which will be unveiled the same night. Postgame and before the other performances of the night, the full video for “Georgia” will play just before the introduction of new artists from 2 Chainz T.R.U label partnership with Atlantic Records.

Known as the Drench God for his fashion sense, 2 Chainz is just the right person to help the Hawks unveil their new uniforms. 2 Chainz states, “I’m excited to help the hawks unveil the Peachtree uniforms. The look is fire and shows love for our home, just like the new Sleepy Rose single “Georgia”  that I’m featured on.” As he returns to the court this time, 2 Chainz is returning as a label owner and a team owner of the College Park Skyhawks which he is tremendously astounded by.

Traditions will be kept at this event as this is his third in-game appearance with Atlanta Hawks. They will continue offering limited-edition retail which he collaborated with the Hawks to design. The TRU Foundation, founded by 2 Chainz, will be the beneficiary as part of the proceeds earned in merchandise sales of the peach and black themed hoodies and beanie will be donated.
