Robert Pattinson Thanks ‘Harry Potter’ for His Acting Career When Talking About ‘The Batman’
If you have seen any of Robert Pattinson’s roles, then you should be thanking the Harry Potter films for bringing out the inner actor in Pattinson.
You may recall a moment when Pattinson took on the role of Cedric Diggory in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. Pattinson took on a small part for the movie, setting his breakthrough to winning the hearts of audiences everywhere.
“I really liked that movie… I wouldn’t be acting if it wasn’t for that,” said Pattinson during an interview with Kristien Gijbels. He couldn’t believe he had landed a part in the film and remembers being in Japan and asking himself how everything had fallen into place. The actor has then gone on to star in major series such as Twilight, where Pattinson plays the role of Edward Cullen and a few other romance movies. We might even be seeing Pattinson take on Gotham City soon as he appears in the new Batman film. For all of the films we have seen him in, we can thank J.K. Rowling and the Harry Potter production team for being an influence on the career path for Robert Pattinson.
