In an interview when she was awarded GQ Australia’s Woman of the Year, Zendaya says that it is important to be vocal and vote.

Daily Mail writes, “She’s the American actress who is utilizing her fame to bring attention to issues like Black Lives Matter – and now she’s encouraging her fans to get political.” If that doesn’t make you a bigger fan of Zendaya, we’re not sure what will. The 23-year-old actress revealed to GQ Australia that, “I definitely try to be as vocal as I can, especially when it comes to election time.”

“It’s just so important right now, you see a tweet or something and you feel very down and helpless, and then some days I see my peers getting to work and moving the culture forward, and then I feel very proud and inspired and I think maybe everything will be OK,” Zendaya finished her interview with.

Such an inspirational woman herself, Zendaya stands as a wonderful role model for young men and women. Her encouraging her young fans to vote and use their voices is amazing to see. We hope her message is heard and acted upon by everyone who reads or hears it.
