Meghan Markle Reportedly Signed a Deal With Disney

It has recently been rumored that the Duchess of Sussex has or will reportedly sign for an unspecified voiceover project with Disney and in return, a donation will be made to the conservation charity Elephants Without Borders.

Elephants Without Borders is an organization dedicated to conserving wildlife and natural resources by researching, educating others and encouraging people to embrace wildlife. The mere idea of this deal isn’t even completely off the ground and it’s already doing wonders for the charity by spreading awareness.

“Little Ms. Independence!” Ringing in 2020, welcoming little Boipuso into our herd! The Setswana word “boipuso” translates in English to the noun meaning “independence.” She was named accordingly due to an unfortunate incident that occurred during this year’s Botswana Independence weekend celebrations, where she was intercepted at a local tavern and harassed by patrons of the bar. At only 2 months old, she was confused, lost and no one knew the whereabouts of her mother or family herd. EWB was called by the Dept. of Wildlife & National Parks and together, we managed to find her hidden behind a building, in the village of Kazangula. After a two month struggle in critical care, with love & attention from all the EWB Caregivers, while recovering, we are proud to report that Boipuso is doing well… so much so, she has been wholly accepted by the other orphan elephants at EWB’s Intensive Care Unit, and the herd watches over her as if she has always been part of the family. As we bid the challenging year of 2019 good-bye, we step into 2020 with renewed hope that efforts prevail in conservation of Africa’s spectacular wildlife heritage.

More are becoming conscious of the charity and the work they do through the rumored agreement. There has been no concrete confirmation from either parties, but it’s with high hopes that whether she goes through with the project or not, the publicity the organization has received will increase its participant and ambassador count.

This is all happening in the midst of the Duke and Duchess’ decision to live as financially independent apart from the rest of the royal family members. While the two are still in the process of deciding to live independently, they will not cut all ties with the Royal Family.
