Mandy Moore Releases New Music Video ‘Fifteen’

Mandy Moore, American singer/songwriter and actress, just released her new music video. The multitalented star came to prominence in 1999 with her single “Candy” and has starred in several movies including A Walk to Remember and Tangled. Mandy had not released a new song in nearly ten years, so fans were happily surprised with her new single “Fifteen.”

It’s been a full circle journey to embrace who I was as a teenager starting off in this industry and forgive my past self for judging her so harshly. For years, I apologized for the creative output of that time but in the making of this new collection of music, I was able to process so much and have come to have great affection for that young girl, that part of me, because she’s the reason I’m here today. #Fifteen, out now.

The country-pop music video features Moore sitting in a chair as a band plays behind her.  The star talks about her life and what she went through at such a young age. The rendition felt like a John Mayor song.
