Here’s Our List of Different Ways You Can Still Workout During the Outbreak
Even though gyms have closed and more people are staying at home, there are still many ways you can stay active.
Social distancing is still prominent in helping slow down the spread of COVID-19. Many businesses, including gyms, have been shut down to encourage more people to stay at home and only go out when absolutely necessary. With gyms being closed, it can be difficult to figure out a new routine. It may be hard, but it is not impossible to still get a good workout from home.

Even if you do not usually regular the gym, it is still good to do something rather than nothing. Don’t just sit around all day watching Netflix. See if your local gym is doing any virtual classes. Many places have switched to doing online classes so people still have the opportunity to work out in the comfort of their home. Places such as San Francisco, where people are being ordered to stay inside, are still allowing solo outdoor activities such as walking or biking.
Exercising is important because it keeps you healthy and boosts your immune system, which is especially important during this time. It also is known to boost up moods which many are in need of since staying indoors can make you feel a bit stir-crazy. Exercising also lets you take a break from social media and negative press.
