You Can Livestream These DJ Sets and Jam out From Home
Missing Miami Music Week? Then you’re in luck.
If you’re running out of ways to keep yourself busy during this self-isolating quarantining period, then we have a solution for you.
Several DJs are mixing things up (literally) and giving us a way to move and groove from the comfort of your own home. Since everything has been put on hold until further notice, this is the perfect chance to jam out to some funky tunes and maybe burn some quarantine snacks off while you’re at it.
Sofi Tukker is saving the day with a daily Livestream considering their DJ set a workout session as well. The duo invites us into their Palm Beach living room for an automatic dance party, you can catch their streams on IGTV, Facebook and on YouTube soon.
On Friday, normally Miami’s Coconut Grove neighborhood would be popping off, but fortunately, they have a solution. A four-hour ‘Happy Hour Livestream’ will be hosted by Coconut Grove to showcase sets from DJs who have helped support the local community. Available on Facebook and YouTube.
Lee Foss will have a lockdown Livestream on Friday. Originally he was supposed to mix poolside at the Kimpton Epic Hotel, but now he will be throwing down poolside at his Los Angeles home. In the 11-hour session, he will be joined by some friends and it will be available on Facebook, Instagram Live and YouTube.
Many other DJs are joining in on this trend to give you a much needed virtual dance session, for more information check out this website.
