Singer-songwriter, Jessie Reyez released her debut album, Before Love Came To Kill Us, on March 27th and fans have been going wild.
Since 2017, the young Colombian-Canadian singer has been thriving endlessly, and her album, Before Love Came To Kill Us, has been receiving great reviews. She closes the album with her iconic first release “Figures,” an R&B/Soul single. Through fourteen songs, Reyez sets different moods while revealing past-relationship stories; songs range from eerie sounding to soulful ballads, to trap beats.
Also, Reyez features two powerful artists that she has teamed up with in the past: Eminem and 6LACK. Before her current release, she collaborated with Eminem on his 2018 album Kamikaze, on the tracks “Good Guy” and “Nice Guy.” Then, “Love In The Dark” and “Imported” with 6LACK.
