Queen Naija Drops ‘More Love’ + Encourages Others to Spread Love During Pandemic
Honestly, Queen Naija could not have picked a more perfect time to release her new single “More Love” as a form of encouragement to her audience and fans.
In her song, Queen advocates for the world to spread more love to others during this time period and moving forward as a positive change to our everyday lives.
Her beautiful melodies flowing with the piano keys in the background will make you feel a sense of inspiration, encouragement, peace, and hope. All of which are what the world need right now, especially given the pandemic crisis the world is currently experiencing.
Right before the release of ‘More Love’ Queen took to her Instagram captioning, “In this day & age, people seem to have less love & compassion for others”. “It’s a man eat man world, but with so much going on in our communities: killings, bullying, robberies, injustice systems, epidemic, pandemics, etc. we as a people could come together & show the unconditional love that Christ shows us”, she continues.
Queen Naija is a contemporary R&B singer and songwriter who progressed from Youtube personality to instant fame in 2018 with her beautiful single “Medicine.” “Medicine” became an instant hit, debuting on the Billboard Hot 100 at number 45. “I had no idea it would go as far as it did,” Queen says. She continues, “To me it felt like a typical song from my own experience, but it turns out that a lot of other people have had this kind of experience as well.”
Shortly after, major-label Capitol Records signed the soulful vocalist and dropped her first EP entitled Queen Naija (2018).
Queen Naija is scheduled to tour with Jhene Aiko for Aiko’s 2020 The Magic Hour Tour in promotion of her recently released album Chilombo.
