Levi’s has been using the time frame 5:01 p.m. just like their infamous 501 jeans for Instagram Live performances to use the power of music to feel a sense of community since March 22, 2020. Each day since then, artists like Kali Uchis, Snoop Dogg, Taboo from Black Eyed Peas, DaniLeigh, Vic Mensa, Chase B, Alec Benjamin, Moses Sumney, Brett Young, Ravyn Lenae, Sigrid, Questlove, Burna Boy, Kiana Lede, Jim James, Duckwrth, Koffee, Charlotte Lawrence, SG Lewis and CHIKA have all used their musical gifts and influences to bring us all together.
