These Are the At-Home Workout Videos You Need for Your Quarantine Routine
Here are some fun at-home workouts for you to do when you’re feeling down and out during quarantine.
I think we are all getting a little tired of these standard at-home workouts, but we have found a few online videos that will definitely throw some fun into the game.
If you don’t know already YouTube is full of workout queens and kings. These workout fanatics love getting the opportunity to inspire all of us at home through their love of fitness. You can search any type of workout you could imagine, and there is without a doubt a YouTube video or 20. Here are some exciting new choices we found on YouTube to get your body moving.
YouTuber, MadFit, has some amazing, versatile workout videos ranging from full-body exercises to targeted area exercises. She even chooses some of our favorite songs to coordinate a short workout to like Doja Cat’s “Boss Bitch,” full-body cardio workout or Britney Spears’ “Toxic,” squat challenge workout.
Another YouTuber that keeps us on our toes and makes sure we are practically dripping with sweat the entire time is Pamela Reif. Reif’s intense exercises get the job done, but she also likes to make things fun as well like a dance cardio workout. Reif also has an entire collection of workout videos that range in length, intensity, and areas so that you won’t be bored (trust us).
Last, but not least, if you’re looking to sweat it out with a high-intensity full-body workout, then these videos are perfect for you. Popsugar Fitness’ YouTube channel has HIIT, dance, cardio and so many more exercises that will make your at-home workout worthwhile.
