BTS Officially Postpones Entire Tour Due to COVID-19 Outbreak
BTS has officially postponed their “BTS Map of the Soul Tour” due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
Recently, through BTS Weverse Announcements, Big Hit Entertainment notified the public that the “BTS Map of the Soul Tour,” which was originally scheduled to start in April 2020, is now officially postponed due to the Coronavirus pandemic. Back in February, only the tour through North America was cancelled but now the entire tour itself has been postponed until further notice.

Part of the note reads, “The decision to reschedule the tour was made with the health and safety of our artists and fans in the foremost consideration…We will inform you of any and all further changes and continue to provide updates.”
At first the company was going to continue to sell tickets for the dates, but decided to cease ticket sales all together after seeing how the pandemic was unfolding. We couldn’t agree more with this decision: The health of every individual involved is the most important factor at the moment.
Please note that the announcement of the new schedule will take some time as the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve.
BigHit will inform us of any and all further changes and continue to provide updates!#BTS #방탄소년단 @BTS_twt #MAPOFTHESOULTOUR
