The artists’ share of proceeds will go to The Bread Of Life COVID-19 Relief Efforts In Their Houston Hometown.
Megan Thee Stallion teamed up with Beyoncé and remixed her popular song “Savage.” Female empowerment shines on this surprise release from these two Houston natives. Many affected by COVID-19 will receive the help they need since both artist’s share of proceeds will be donated to Houston’s Relief Fund through Bread of Life, Inc.
The Bread of Life, Inc. was founded in Sept. 1992 and served hot meals to men and women in downtown Houston. Since then, they have expanded and responded to more crises and disasters, including most recently, Hurricane Harvey. Bread of Life, Inc. has been working hard since the pandemic began to help those who are in need. They have since delivered 14 tons of produce, shelf-stable food, and other goods to families and home-bound seniors each week. They have also been hiring more social workers tele-health programs for high-risk individuals to seek help.
