Update Your Binge List With Netflix’s ‘Dead to Me’ Season 2

Netflix

Season 2 of the dark dramedy, starring Christina Applegate and Linda Cardellini, is back with more shockers and plot twists.

“Misery has found company” once again with the season 2 release of Netflix’s original drama/comedy series, Dead to Me. Season 2 follows the aftermath of Judy’s confession to Jen about the truth behind her husband’s tragic passing as Jen readily makes a confession of her own, entangling the two female leads in more twists and turns.

Dead to Me continues to delight audiences with its darkly comedic tone, all while seamlessly delivering emotional and heartbreaking moments. Although Jen and Judy’s friendship starts on a foundation of their shared grief as widows, the audience gets a deeper insight into the various struggles both characters have repeatedly endured. Jen and new character Ben (Steve’s much nicer ‘almost’ identical twin brother, both played by James Marsden) both understand how physical scars can have an emotional and mental impact on being a survivor as Judy makes a poignant connection with her new friend, Michelle (Natalie Morales).
