Jennifer Lopez Join’s Protestors in the Black Lives Matter Movement

June 7th, superstar Jennifer Lopez went on Instagram to share a video of her joining protestors in hopes to bring justice to George Floyd and his family.

Multi-award-winning singer, Jennifer Lopez, has been using her platform to gain the attention of her followers, along with the world.

From the start of the Civil Rights movement, Lopez has been using her platform to inform and educate her followers on ways to help against the injustice going on in America.

Most recently, Lopez posted a video of her protesting in Hollywood & Vine along with her fiancé Alex Rodriguez.

Today I had Emme and Max make me and Alex a sign for the protest. Max told me a few days ago: “you know mom, since you have a following like some of my YouTuber gamers and they ask us to support things and we do, you should do that for George Floyd.” I said, “funny you say that baby, I am planning a few things. Do you want to help by making a sign?” And they did!! 🖤🖤🖤 We talked about how if one person doesn’t have justice then no one does. That this country was built on the belief of freedom and justice for all. We must take a stand for what we believe in and fight against the injustices in this world. The signs that they carried around at the protest were made by Lopez’s kids, Emma and Max, and referenced her song “Let’s Get Loud.”

Lopez is using her platforms to speak up against the injustice happening in America right now. If able, make sure to donate, educate yourself, or sign the petitions to bring justice for Floyd.
