In an effort to advance inclusion and diversity, the group has also selected, for the first time in its history, two people of color to take on executive board roles. Joining alongside Emma is Jean Liu, a Chinese businesswoman, and Tidjane Thiam, a French-Ivorian banker.

It’s a necessary move from the group Kering, further demonstrating that diversity and inclusion is crucial in all settings.
