You Have to Listen to Charlie Puth’s New Song ‘Girlfriend’
On June 25th, Charlie Puth dropped his first solo single of 2020, “Girlfriend.”
Puth sings, “Baby, would you ever wanna be my girlfriend? / I don’t wanna play no games,” and he continues, “Hold on, you’re makin’ me (Oh no, baby, my) / My girlfriend.” Puth’s lyrics will have many of his fans feeling jealous and wishing that they were in his mystery lover’s shoes.

The singer of “Attention” and “We Don’t Talk Anymore” previously collaborated with talented artists like Selena Gomez, Wiz Khalifa, and Meghan Trainor. Puth had multiple songs surpass the 500 million view mark on YouTube, and he has also graduated from the Berklee College of Music. Ellen DeGeneres discovered the singer, and soon after appearing on her show, he was signed onto a record label.
