Netflix’s ‘Chilling Adventures of Sabrina’ Is Set to Air It’s Fourth and Final Season This Year
The charming and chilling Netflix original series will conclude with an eight-episode final season set to premiere at the end of 2020.
Fans will have to prepare their farewells for Sabrina Spellman. After three successful seasons, the dark drama will come to a close in part four.
Chilling Adventures of Sabrina tells the coming of age story of Sabrina, an orphaned half-witch who must protect her friends and family from evil otherworldly forces. According to Netflix, the final season will feature more dark adventures when The Eldritch Terrors descend upon Sabrina’s fictional hometown, Greendale.
In a statement to ET, showrunner Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa shared his appreciation for the Sabrina team. “Working on Chilling Adventures of Sabrina has been an incredible honor from Day One. The cast, beginning with Kiernan as everyone’s favorite teen witch, has been an absolute joy. I am beyond thankful to the crew, writers, editors, assistants, and everyone for pouring so much love into this dark dream of a show.”

Fans and followers began to express their disappointment within minutes of the announcement. Some even argued that Chilling Adventures of Sabrina‘s longer-running sister show, Riverdale, is more worthy of the ax.
