Get Ready for Ally Brooke’s New Single, ‘500 Veces’

Atlantic Records

Former Fifth Harmony member Ally Brooke pairs up with rapper Messiah in her new single “500 Veces”.

Ally Brooke first rose to fame during her performances in the TV series The X-Factor, where she and the other members of Fifth Harmony achieved third place in the music competition series. In 2018, however, Brooke and the members of Fifth Harmony decided to go on an indefinite hiatus to focus on their solo careers.

Since then, Brooke has worked with a variety of artists, released multiple singles, and begun working on her first debut studio album. Most of her singles have included collaborations with other artists, including rapper Tyga and DJ Matoma. For “500 Veces,” she’s working with rap artist Messiah, who she previously partnered with for the Latin pop song “Vamanos.” Messiah, a pioneer in Latin Trap music, has worked with many artists, and even created the Latin remix of Cari B’s song “Bodak Yellow.”

“500 Veces” is Brooke’s first single to be released in 2020. In early 2019, she released the first of her debut album songs “Low Key” as a single, followed by the singles “Lips Don’t Lie,” “Higher,” and “No Good” later that year.

Along with the release of “500 Veces,” Brooke tweeted that she’ll be performing a live virtual concert for her fans this week. The concert is happening Thursday, July 16 at 5 PM PT, and you can get tickets at Sessions. After listening to Brooke live, be sure to catch the release of “500 Veces” on Friday.
