There is no word when the song will be announced, but both Lopez and Maluma fans cannot wait for the release. Maluma also posted a picture of the two together in the studio holding sheet music and pens in hand while sharing a laugh, “Oh, and we’re recording a hit.”

In addition to their upcoming collab, Lopez and Maluma will costar in the forthcoming romantic-comedy Marry Me, where Maluma will play one of Lopez’s love interests along with actor Owen Wilson.

The singer shared the exciting news on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon earlier this year, and mentioned that there would be new music on the soundtrack from both her and Maluma, “I have six to eight songs, and Maluma does two or three.” She appeared back on the show in late May to explained how filming had been put on hold earlier in the pandemic and the process of shooting various scenes for the movie via Zoom.

We are looking forward to seeing the two in a movie together. Make sure to be on the lookout for more updates about their upcoming movie and song release date.
