Get Ready for New Hope Club’s Virtual World Tour

UK band New Hope Club is set to begin their virtual world tour on Friday, streaming free through YouTube. 

The pop trio had been teasing some “big news” on their social media, and they finally made the announcement Tuesday that they would be hosting a virtual world tour. There will be a total of 20 shows, beginning Friday in Argentina, and ending Aug 30th in the UK. New Hope Club will be performing in the United States on July 24th at 9 AM PT. 

“We have been planning this for a while now and we are so excited to announce our Virtual World Tour,” wrote the band on a recent Instagram post. “We can’t wait to start this Friday! Come join us for some songs, chat, and special surprises.”

New Hope Club is made up of Blake Richardson, George Smith, and Reece Bibby. The band’s first album, also named ‘New Hope Club’, debuted back on February 14th of 2020, climbing the UK and Ireland charts. Their most recent release was the music video for their single “Worse” in April. The video was directed by actress Bailee Madison, who is also Richardson’s girlfriend, and included many actors known for their work on the Disney Channel, including David Henrie, David DeLuise, Maria Canals Barrera, and Jennifer Stone from the Wizards of Waverly Place. The video also featured Bart Jonson (High School Musical), Meg Donnelly (Zombies), and Maddie Ziegler (Dance Moms).
