Singer Tinashe has returned with a new song, along with some unique visuals that you have to see.

Tinashe announced on July 13 that she was dropping a new single, and fans could not wait. Fans have wanted the singer to drop this song as a single since she first teased about it on an Instagram live session a few months back. Now, fans have gotten their wish. “Rascal (Superstar),” was produced by Sage the Gemini, and was featured on Tinashe’s 2019 album, Songs For You

The quarantine inspired “Rascal (Superstar)” video captures Tinashe at home while being recorded by a metallic pink drone that is following her every move. The singer is shown wearing numerous elaborate pastel outfits, including cheetah print lingerie and latex.

Quarantine has not stopped the singer from releasing content. From posting dancing videos to appearing on other artist’s songs, she’s a force to be reckoned with. She has released several virtual concert shows for fans and remains active in fighting for racial equality on social media.

The singer also announced earlier this month that she would submit her album Song For You to the Grammy committee as an independent album. Tinashe released the album as independent after parting ways with record label RCA records back in 2019.

We can not get enough of Tinashe’s new single. Make sure to listen to “Rascal (Superstar)” out on all streaming platforms and stream Tinashe’s fourth album Songs For You.
