Listen to Dua Lipa, J Balvin, Bad Bunny, and Tainy’s New Single ‘Un Día’

Pop star Dua Lipa has joined forces with J Balvin, Bad Bunny, and Tainy for their newest single “Un Día.” (“One Day”)

If you’re looking for new music to add to your playlist, this song is definitely worth it. The four international artists announced the release of their newest track “Un Día” with Lipa saying to followers, “I hope this song transports you to an island somewhere… even if only for a moment.”

“Un Día” is fused with seducing melodies and gives a dream pop, dancehall, and reggaeton feel. The lyrics reflect nostalgia, love, and heartbreak in both English and Spanish.

“One day you’ll love me again hug me again till the end/ One day you’ll beg me to try/ One day you’ll realize I’m more than your lover I’m more than your lover I’m your friend.”

The music video is shot in black and white and stars La Casa de Papel (Money Heist) actress Úrsula Corberó. The video shows the actress in a heartbroken state while going through different stages of pain and eventually comes out smiling. The actress was able to shoot all her scenes on her own without a production crew.

“Un Día” serves as the latest collaboration for Lipa after the release of her sophomore album Future Nostalgia in March 2020. Meanwhile, Balvin, Bunny, and Tainy have collaborated before on Balvin and Bunny’s joint EP album Oasis in 2019, and most recently ”Auga” as the Spanish language theme song from The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge on the Run soundtrack.
