Warner Records

JoJo’s deluxe version of her Good To Know album will be released on August 28, and it will include a duet remix of “Lonely Hearts” featuring Demi Lovato.

JoJo recently released an acoustic version of her Good To Know album and a music video for the acoustic version of “Think About You.” Due to COVID-19, the Good To Know tour has been rescheduled for 2021. You can read more about it here.

Lovato revealed that she has always wanted to sing with JoJo, and now that dream is coming true.

“YAYYYY I CAN”T WAIT,” Lovato commented on JoJo’s Instagram post. “I’ve waited my whole career to sing with you.”

“@ddlovato CANT WAIT!!!!!! and … that is SO CRAZY TO ME,” JoJo wrote in response to Lovato. “Your range, your power, your spirit… You’re an absolute force babe.”

Many of Lovato’s songs are about self-love, so the song “Lonely Hearts” is a perfect song for her to help reimagine. The chorus of “Lonely Hearts” says, “How can I work on me if I’m working on your body? / I thought we were meant to be, but we never really got it, did we? / I know one thing, lonely hearts won’t break.”

The song emphasizes the importance of putting yourself first. Also, JoJo recently took to social media to encourage followers to donate money to the Lebanese Red Cross to help those suffering from the Beirut explosion on August 4.

“Every little bit can help in the effort to provide aid and relief to the people who need it most,” wrote JoJo on a recent Instagram post. “Feeling so grateful to have woken up today safe and sound. Let’s never take that for granted and let’s help those who didn’t get to wake up the same way.”
