Viola Davis Celebrates her 55th Birthday

Viola Davis flawlessly celebrated her 55th birthday on August 11, while receiving love from fans, old co-stars, and other celebrities. 

Kicking off her birthday, Davis posted an old photo of the house she grew up in on her Instagram. Davis exclaimed in the caption that she was born in the house on August 11, 1965, and has learned to accept where she grew up.

The photo gained a vast amount of comments and likes from friends, family, and fans expressing the love they have for Davis. The photo even received a comment from superstar Halle Berry stating, “Happy birthday sweet friend! May your life continue to inspire and your life continue to shine.”

Earlier today, it was announced Kamala Harris would be Joe Biden’s Vice President, which Davis claimed to make her extremely happy. Davis also posted a Gif of Harris with a caption expressing her excitement and advising her followers to vote.
