The ‘One Tree Hill’ Reunion You Might Not Have Known About
On July 26, the women of One Tree Hill reunited virtually to encourage fans to register to vote.
In the video posted to Instagram, Sophia Bush was joined by co-stars Hilarie Burton and Bethany Joy Lenz as they posed as their former characters from The CW drama.
The actresses, who were in complete character as Brooke Davis (Bush), Haley James Scott (Lenz), and Peyton Sawyer (Burton), gave fans a small update of what is going on in the lives of the beloved Tree Hill residents.
Haley is equipped with a guitar and Emmy Award, Peyton is preparing for a school board meeting, and Brooke just wants to know if her friends are registered to vote.
“I didn’t want to shame anyone,” Brooke said. “But friends don’t let friends not vote.”
Each of the women shared the video to their Instagram platforms, each captioning it with the voter registration phone number. Lenz wrote, “We’re baaaa-ack! Peyton, Brooke & Haley want you to VOTE! #RegisterAFriendDay Text FRIENDS to 26797 to register/check registration status. Friends don’t let friends not vote!”
Fans loved this small One Tree Hill reunion, some even saying that it made them emotional.
