Ashley Tisdale Gets Candid About Her Mental Health With Her New Blog
Ashley Tisdale gives insight into her mental health journey with her new blog Frenshe.
In the past, Tisdale has opened up about her mental health and she is taking it one step further with her new blog. Frenshe brings viewers at home along for the ride.
In a recent Instagram post, Tisdale introduced her blog by talking about how her breast enhancement surgery resulted in mental health issues. She explains how she thought that her cosmetic surgery would allow her to feel more confident and secure but the result was short term. She then made the decision to get the implants removed, which caused her to finally be happy and be herself.
Tisdale states that she has “learned the importance of living a non-toxic life” and is “super excited to share with you what I’ve learned thus far.” She wants to be upfront and honest so that her experiences can be a lesson for others. She has inspired so many people, especially young girls, with feeling comfortable about talking about mental health and how important it is. She recognizes she has a platform and chooses to create less of a stigma associated with mental health with it.
