So beyond grateful to be apart of this beautiful project. It’s so surreal to have this in my hands. I hope all who purchase a copy, can close the book knowing that you aren’t alone in your tough times and that kindness can really change your whole outlook on life and the people- pic.twitter.com/3HlPucy9uh

“When I was younger and had mental issues, my mom didn’t know how to communicate with me about it,” Gaga told PEOPLE.
Gaga said that the book was a key factor in solidifying her relationship with her mother and made them stronger. They shared the hard times and tribulations they went through with others as a way for people to learn and relish in the lessons they’ve learned together.

It’s important to remember that even the little thing contributes to the kindness domino effect. This is just a daily reminder to do something kind every day. No matter how minuscule it may seem, a smile can go a long way and make someone’s day. You can purchase your copy of Channel Kindness here.
