BTS Set To Debut Music Video for ‘Dynamite’ on Fortnite’s Party Royale Island
South Korean boy band BTS will hold a virtual music premier on Fornite’s Battle Royale Island.
For all my Fornite players, Epic Games announced the upcoming arrival of BTS to Battle Royal. Seems like a dream, right? K-pop and videogames in one place? Worry not because this is a reality.

On Friday, September 25, at 8 p.m. EDT, hop into party royale for the world premiere of BTS’ choreographed music video for their highly popular single, “Dynamite.” The event is bringing emotes, which will be released on September 23, for you to start dancing as a member of BTS. The event will begin with the choreographed version of the hit song “Dynamite,” followed by a party involving The Tropical Remix.
Having special guests over during battle royale wouldn’t be the first time. There have been celebrities to appear in the game, such as Marshmellow and Travis Scott. However, this is the first celebrity with immense popularity.
For those that don’t know, Fortnite is an online battle royale game that was released in 2017, gaining popularity overnight.
Earlier this year, Fortnite made a non-violent mode known as party royale. Party royale is an entirely separate island designated for musical performances and movies. Nate Nanzer, Fortnite’s head of global partnerships, told The Verge that the goal of party royale is to be a virtual venue for artists. “If you’re on tour, you want to stop on the Fortnite stage,” he said. “It’s a unique way to get in front of an audience that maybe you’re not reaching through other means.”
In case you can’t make it to the concert on Friday, there will be a replay on Saturday 26. You can download the game straight from Epic Store. The game is free, and now you know there is a section exclusively for no fighting.
