Zayn Releases the Music Video for His New Single ‘Better’
Zayn’s new single “Better” and the accompanying music video are finally here after being teased on social media.
Zayn first excited fans when he teased his new single “Better” earlier this week. The former One Direction member hasn’t released an album since 2016 and his fanbase has been waiting eagerly for new music ever since.
Zayn first made his breakthrough as a solo artist with the rise of his song “PILLOWTALK” off of his 2016 album Mind of Mine. Zayn seemed to establish his sound as an R&B artist, breaking free of the commercial pop sound that One Direction was known for.
This is a big week for Zayn, as he and his girlfriend, Gigi Hadid, just announced the birth of their baby girl on Wednesday. Fans are happy for the couple, and they’re also excited about the release of “Better.”
They’re loving the new song, so much so that “Zayn” and “Better” both trended on Twitter for hours and the video now has over 2 million views on YouTube in less than 24 hours.

“Better” is a slow love song about working through the ups and downs of a relationship and giving love a second chance.

The video is simple and opens with Zayn lying shirtless on a sofa with hot pink hair and he puts on the rest of his suit throughout the video.
