Mac Cosmetic’s New Frosted Firework Holiday Collection Is Getting Us Ready for the Holidays
The Halloween season may not even be over yet, but MAC Cosmetics is here to put you in the Christmas spirit with their new holiday collection.
Available on October 15, the new Frosted Firework collection consists of five metallic eyeshadows, five lipsticks, five lip glosses, three double-ended eyeliner pencils, and two highlighters, as well as dazzling gift sets, starting at $19. According to a press release, the bright and metallic products were inspired by “the fairytale of surprise, delight, and ambient beauty of fireworks.” The products are already available to members of MAC Cosmetic’s Loyalty Program and MAC Pros.
The products include a dark gray eyeshadow called “Silver Bells,” the highlighters “Let It Glow” (white) and “Flare For The Dramatic” (brown), the peachy lipglass “Break The Ice,” the bold pink lipstick “Ice Ice Baby,” and the silver-pearly purple duo pencil “Be Cool.” There are also multiple kinds of gift sets, ensuring there is something everyone will love this holiday season.
“I am always seduced by the royal feeling of metallic shades of eyeshadow tones in platinum, gold, and deep ruby red,” explained Senior National Artist, Michelle Clark, in a press release. “The rich pigments and diverse frosty textures are easy to blend and suitable for both sheer and glamorous eye looks. Metal has been a dominant trend backstage this season.”
