Adele Will Host the Next Episode of ‘Saturday Night Live’
On Sunday, Adele tweeted for the first time in almost a year to announce that she will be on the next episode of Saturday Night Live.
However, the British songstress will not be on the show to perform new music. Instead, Adele will be hosting the comedy sketch show. On Instagram, Adele shared her excitement to be sharing the stage with H.E.R., who will be the show’s musical guest.

Adele appeared on SNL as their musical guest back in 2008. The artist mentions in her Instagram post that the show was the one that kickstarted her career in America.
She also uses the announcement to inspire despite her nerves about hosting, saying, “if there was ever a time for any of us to jump head first into the deep end with our eyes closed and hope for the best it’s 2020 right?” This will be the shows fourth episode of season 46 of Saturday Night Live, which returned after last season was cut short due to COVID-19.
