Former President Barack Obama, executed a speech from Pennsylvania in favor of his former Vice President Joe Biden as he runs in the presidential election against current President Donald Trump.

Obama has a huge influence on Black men, the Latinx community, and youth. Biden has been targeting all of these communities throughout his campaign due to the majorities aversion to Trump. Biden is surrounded by the endorsement of BIPOC and minority individuals, meanwhile, Trump appeals most heavily to wealthy, white, cis men.

I couldn’t be more excited to have my friend @BarackObama hitting the campaign trail. 13 days to go.

Obama references Trump’s faults that date back as well as his most recent handling of the coronavirus pandemic. Obama is striking left and right from tax policy to speeches. The core of what concerns Obama is the way Americans view politics and how other countries view America.

At the beginning of the presidential campaign, Obama said he didn’t want to get involved or choose sides. However, the turn of events can most likely be attributed to the dire state of our country because of how Trump handled COVID-19. People have lost jobs, lives, and faith. However, Obama seems to feel like voting for Biden will be able to reverse the devastating effects through his policies and plans.

I am asking you to believe in Joe’s ability, and Kamala’s ability, to lead this country out of these dark times and help us build back better. We can’t just imagine a better future; we’ve got to fight for it. We’ve got to outhustle the other side. We’ve got to vote like never before and leave no doubt. Make a plan right now for how you’re going to get involved and vote. Do it as early as you can and tell your family and friends how they can vote, too. Don’t stop with Joe and Kamala – make sure you vote all the way down the ticket. And if we pour all our effort into these 13 days; if we vote up and down the ticket like never before; then we will elect @JoeBiden and @KamalaHarris. And we will leave no doubt about what this country we love stands for. iwillvote.com

For everything that Obama pointed out about Trump, he followed with Biden’s and Senator Kamala Harris’s plan to solve or fix it. Obama’s cheeky insults to Trump will no doubt get a rise out of him, but the American people ultimately hold the decision in their hands to re-elect Trump or vote Biden into office. Please participate in this year’s crucial election if you are able to, vote.
