Teyana Taylor Releases Music Video for Her Song ‘Lose Each Other’ With Special Guest Appearance From Elton John
Singer-songwriter Teyana Taylor releases a music video for her song “Lose Each Other,” with a very special guest appearance. On October 20, Teyana Taylor released her official, self-directed music video, for her song “Lose Each Other.” Taylor is known not only as a singer and a songwriter but also as a dancer, director, model, choregrapher, and activist. The song was part of Taylor’s most recent project, The Album, which was released earlier this summer on June 19. The song currently has over 200k views and is trending at 23 on YouTube.
The video showcases beautiful shots of Taylor as she sings the ballad as well as two dancers, performing a contemporary piece to the song.

During the instrumental, as Taylor played the electric guitar alongside another guitarist, as a guest star, Elton John, plays the piano. In an interview with Rolling Stone Magazine, Taylor explained that as she discussed ideas for the music video with her team, she had brought up the idea of having Elton John in the video, even though she thought it was a long shot.
Soon after, Taylor ended up getting a call from an unknown number, which turned out to be John, saying he would be delighted to work with her. John says that he has been a fan of Taylor since her first album and was thrilled to work with her on the set of “Lose Each Other.”
