In support of her newest single, “Guess I’m A Liar,” which was released on October 16, Sofia Carson unveiled an empowering music video to accompany the single on October 23.

Fans of the superstar were continually being teased leading up to the premiere of the “Guess I’m A Liar” music video. On October 22, Sofia Carson shared a black-and-white snippet that features her dancing in an intricate black dress to the song’s powerful chorus. The short clip’s caption revealed that the music video would be out that upcoming Friday, along with a performance on Good Morning America.

However, the wait is now over and fans are having jaw-dropping reactions to the video.

The “Guess I’m A Liar” music video follows Sofia Carson as she dances at numerous locations while wearing different head-to-toe black outfits. Throughout the music video, some parts are shown in color, and others display an array of color too highlight the moments of heartbreak and her moving on. It’s an anthem of heartbreak survival and the triumph of self-love.

The breakup anthem’s music video was directed by Hannah Lux Davis, who has also worked with Ariana Grande, Drake, Demi Lovato, and other incredible artists.
