Get ready to catch up with the Bayside gang and their kids in the upcoming ‘Saved by the Bell’ reboot.

A new trailer has been released for the ‘Saved by the Bell’ reboot coming soon to NBC’s streaming service Peacock. The new series will follow original characters Zack Morris and Kelly Kapowski’s son, Mac (Mitchell Hoog), along with Jessie Spano’s son Jamie (Belmont Cameli), both attending Bayside High. We’ll see A.C. Slater there too, as the school’s gym teacher.

Actors Mario Lopez and Elizabeth Berkley were announced as part of the cast early on, and this new trailer now confirms that we will have some recurring sightings of Zack and Kelly, played by Mark-Paul Gosselaar and Tiffani Thiessen.

Zack Morris is now the California Governor, who finds himself in a bit of trouble for shutting down too many of the low-income high schools in the area. After sending the impacted students to nearby high performing schools, such as Bayside High, the new kids give “the over-privileged Bayside kids a much needed and hilarious dose of reality.”

The show was first announced last December, but production had to come to a halt in March due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Luckily, there were able to resume filming this summer and wrap everything up for the show’s November premiere.

This new series is sure to be fun for the whole family to watch as viewers follow the experiences of a new set of high schoolers while being able to reconnect with beloved original characters.

The new ‘Saved by the Bell’ reboot will be available to stream on Peacock on November 25.
