On October 22, Grande dropped the music video for her song, “positions,” an upbeat pop song that highlights the singer’s amazing vocals. The music video features her as the President, emulating Jackie Kennedy’s fashion style. The music video already has amassed over 49 million views on YouTube since its release. Just based on the success of “positions” alone, it is safe to say this new album will be an absolute hit and a wonderful addition to the talented singer’s discography.
There are 14 songs on the album, three of them being collaborations. The songs are titled, “shut up,” “34+35,” “motive (feat. Doja Cat),” “just like magic,” “off the table (feat. The Weeknd),” “six thirty,” “safety net (feat. Ty Dolla Sign),” “my hair,” “nasty,” “west side,” “love language,” “positions,” “obvious,” and “pov.”

In an interview with Zane Lowe, Grande expressed her previous intention of releasing a song with Doja Cat in the near future stating, “We did this song together towards the end of last year and I love it so much. I remember when I first wrote it and sent it to her, she was in the shower and she was like, ‘B—h, I love this. I’m in the shower.’… I was like, ‘Take as many bars as you want. Do it. If you’re inspired to say stuff, let’s go.’ And so she just goes off on it, and it’s so much fun, and I love it. It’s my favorite so far.”
Additionally, Grande collaborated with rapper Ty Dolla Sign on a song called “safety net.” The talented 28-year-old rapper is known for his songs such as “Or Nah,” “Shell Shocked,” and “Speed Me Up.” It has been a while since Grande has collaborated with a rapper so we are definitely excited.
Finally, we are getting another collaboration between Ariana and The Weekend. The pair previously collaborated back in 2014 on their hit song, “Love Me Harder.” This album’s collaboration will be “off the table.” We are glad to see the pair collaborating again to give us another hit.
