Millie Bobby Brown has just secured her newest princess-themed Netflix film, Damsel.

Brown, who has captivated the hearts of audiences with Stranger Things and Enola Holmes, is gearing up to release another fan-favorite.

The actress is starring in and executive producing Damsel, directed by Juan Carlos Fresnadillo and written by Dan Mazeau. It follows Princess Elodie (Brown) who thinks she is marrying Prince Henry before quickly finding out she’s really being sacrificed to a dragon.

Joe Roth and Jeff Kirschenbaum will produce the film. Executive producing alongside Brown is Mazeau, Zack Roth, and Chris Castaldi.

The fantasy film is right up Brown’s alley, pairing well with her past Netflix catalog that consists heavily of the genre. According to Entertainment Weekly, an estimated 76 million users streamed Enola Holmes within its first 28 days of release.

Stranger Things continues to be a hit on the platform, and Brown is currently filming season four with the cast.

At only 16, this will become the fourth film that Brown has executive produced, including Enola Holmes and her upcoming work in The Girl’s I’ve Been and A Time Lost.

A production date has not yet been revealed. We love seeing Brown succeeding in the film world and can’t wait to see her newest content.
