Netflix’s newest creation, The Adam Project, is reigning in what looks to be a star-studded cast after the recent addition of both Jennifer Garner and Zoe Saldana in the Ryan Reynolds led film.

Deadline revealed the castings on Tuesday night, tying the actresses to Shawn Levy’s upcoming Netflix movie.

While plot details are currently being kept under-wraps, Empire has reported that the film will center on a man (Reynolds) who has traveled back in time to get help from his 13-year-old self. During the time jump, Reynold’s character encounters his late father, who is the same age as him.

Reynolds officially revealed the project last week, citing that he was launching a new program called The Group Effort Intuitive, which provides work for systemically excluded Black and Indigenous people of color.

The program seeks to bring in 10 to 20 trainees of all ages from excluded communities to work on set in order to get real-life experiences that could open new doors for them in the future. Those trainees will be working with professionals on the set of The Adam Project.

Levy, who has recently teamed up with Reynolds’ for the delayed film Free Guy, has directed and produced many Netflix hits in the past, such as Stranger Things and Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt.

The Adam Project is scheduled to start production before the year closes out and will stream exclusively on Netflix upon release. We can’t wait to see this trio on screen together.
