Lizzo posted a video of her looking “zen” to open up with her followers about her mental health.
Pop-sensation and vocal powerhouse, Lizzo took to Instagram to share a video of her doing “zen” dancing poses while admitting that her mental health is “spiraling.” Lizzo paired her video with a peaceful song and a saturated filter to further give a peaceful touch to her post.
Lizzo captioned the video, “I look zen but I’m low key spiraling today.. like why am I this way? My own worst enemy stg.”
She was met with tons of support on her post, and people praised her for her honesty and sent her support on her mental health journey. On November 18, Lizzo posted a TikTok stating that money and fame do not buy happiness. She stressed the importance of inner mental peace, stating, “I’m just telling everyone now, anyone who has internal issues or has like any type of self problems that they need to work out, work out now because money, fame, or success or even getting older doesn’t really fix that s—. You need to just do it. Do the inner work, because no matter where you are if you don’t, it’s going to haunt you like a f—ing ghost.”
