Miley Cyrus shows frustration and disappointment as her fans were unable to buy her new album in stores.
Two days following Miley Cyrus’ new album release for Plastic Hearts, she responded to her fans’ annoyance and disappointment after realizing hard copies were not available in stores. Because of this, Cyrus’ first-week sales will be heavily affected.
Many fans took to Twitter to complain and display their sadness for the unavailability of hard copies.

Cyrus responded to the many tweets about the album not being available until some time in December. She wrote a heartfelt note to her fans in regards to her unawareness about this problem.

The singer stood behind her fans and successfully showed her reaction and emotion towards supporting her fans. Cyrus mentioned how she was fully unaware that hard copies would not be available on the day of the Plastic Hearts release.
“When choosing 11/27 THE SUGGESTED DATE for album release my team and I were never told major retailers don’t stock physical albums on Black Friday and won’t get copies of PH until a few weeks after release.”
